*Based on 24” Max yard slope, 40’ electrical run, 40’ plumbing run, Some Restrictions for Special Pricing may Apply!
**Heater, plumbing and electrical for heater included. Hook up to natural gas line, installation of propane tank and propane line at additional cost based on jobsite measurements.
No changes to be made to the pool and decking design on specials. Any hardscape, equipment, or water features added to design will be approved via contract addendum.

Restrictions for Design Special Pricing-Ultimate Series
- Pool Shape and decking design cannot be modified or changed
- Any additional features, equipment, materials, or decking, steps, seat-walls etc… can be included in the form of a contract addendum at an additional price.
- Yard must have no more than a 24” elevation change at proposed pool location
- Site must have 10’ wide unobstructed access into yard for construction equipment
(Removal and replacement of two fence panels and bobcat shuttle included) - Pool Filtration Equipment must be located within 40’ of pool skimmer
- Electrical run from main panel to equipment of up to 40’ included (Strapped to house)
(Additional costs may be incurred for longer plumbing and electrical runs if necessary) - Plumbing, electrical connection, and installation of pool/spa heater is included in contract price. Gas supply, i.e., gas Line to pool/spa heater from propane tank or NG meter not included. Pricing for gas line to be included by Pool Concepts at an additional cost via contract addendum will be based on distance and requirements at site.
