Renovations & Replasters

Has your swimming pool seen better days? Perhaps it was there when you purchased your home and you always planned to renovate it. Or you may have installed your pool years ago, but it no longer coincides with your style or needs. Pool Concepts can help you turn your ideas into reality. Learn more about how the renovation process works.

Renovation Planning

First, determine what restorations and renovations your pool needs. What issues do you have with your current pool? We’ll help you conceptualize those problems and make a plan for correcting them through a renovation. Some factors to consider during this phase include the pool’s:

Consider how you want to use your newly renovated pool versus how you currently use your existing one. You may have a small freeform pool that’s perfect for taking a dip on hot summer days, but a rectangular lap pool may better suit your style and needs. Whether you want to change the dimensions or add a seating area, we can update the existing pool to meet those requirements.

Renovation Designing

For many homeowners, the design phase is the fun part. It’s a time to dream up your remodeled pool and explore what’s possible. An experienced design consultant will work with you during this phase to help you plan the details of your restored swimming pool. We will use PoolStudio software to create a customized pool, so that you can visualize the finished project before it comes to life.

Renovation Construction

The construction process of a pool renovation varies greatly from project to project. If you want to make a couple of minor changes to your pool, such as installing a handrail or water feature, the construction process may take just a few days. The same is true if you need pool resurfacing but are otherwise leaving the structure intact. If your goal is to completely overhaul your pool, including adding a spa or changing its shape, size or depth, construction will be more involved and take several weeks or even months.
